While my pen name is R. S. Emmel, please call me Bob. I am a former Naval officer and global professional services company executive, a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, and hold additional master’s and PhD degrees. Prior to retirement, my job and Naval service took me to many locations around the world. I am an author and presenter of multiple technical, engineering, and risk management professional papers and texts. This website will focus on my novels.
